Shai also co-owned Pastel Toys USA, where he employed intellectually disabled individuals before selling the company in 2012. While running these companies, he realized his strength and power in coaching, helping CEOs and executives manage successful businesses. After selling his business to pursue his calling, Shai created his next biggest movement, Human Evolution. Today, Shai resides in Southern California by the beach and travels the world to coach individuals and companies.
