LEARNING
How long does each tier take?

Do I watch videos in order?
Yes, in order of importance. We designed our courses as building blocks so that every level of experience can learn from Tier 1 to Tier 3.
Can I skip ahead?

How do I access the Crew Space?
Log in to your account, click "Community" in your account. It's built right into the platform—no separate login, no extra apps. Just click and you're in.
What happens in the community?

BILLING & ACCOUNT
How do I update my payment info?
Log into your account, go to Settings → Billing → Update Payment Method. Change your card info and save. Takes 30 seconds.
When am I charged for a subscription?
Monthly members are charged on the same date each month. Annual members are charged once a year on their signup date.
How do I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can always cancel via your online account subscription page.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
Your video progress is saved. If you come back later, you pick up exactly where you left off. And you keep community access forever, even while canceled.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
Not officially, but if you need to pause for a valid reason (injury, family emergency, etc.), email info@homeimprovementcloser.com. We'll work something out.
